AGENDA:
- We will conduct the Lean ED exercise two times; morning and afternoon
- Each exercise will go through at least three iterations to improve upon and practice different solution ideas
- Super User’s (you know who you are) will be asked to lead and coach the group at certain times
- I will share experiences and delivery methods from conducting this exercise more than 50 times
- Advanced Lean techniques will be shown (kanban’s, pull-“reservations”, Line balancing and more…)
- Presentation of the latest kit and training aids
- Around the room, each user share their unique experiences and advances
